Challenge

The Grand Canyon West Rim sees over 1 million visitors annually due to its proximity to Las Vegas. How to attract international tourists from Vegas to Grand Canyon West and provide convenient booking and attraction information is a challenge for GCW.

design thinking

A fully customizable mobile App will provide international tourists convenient and fast information searching and easy communication. It also has a wide range of management features including page building, user management, and digital marketing campaigns.

solution

The GCW WeChat App offers a promising distribution model for GCW to drive bookings among International travelers. Acting as a direct sales channel, the Mini-Program connects to the GCW's attraction ticketing system, allowing the travelers' make reservations and exploring thing-to-do recommendation.

results

Functionalities include the presentation of attractions, activities, locations, as well as in-platform attraction ticket purchasing and digital payment.
